1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 918ki ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services available at https://918ki.cam ("the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

918ki operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for the Malaysian market. The Platform offers live dealer tables, video slots, sports betting markets covering the Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, and other events, as well as additional gaming categories. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified in writing.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 918ki, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 918ki enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21+ for all casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently banned from the 918ki Platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, and you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of 918ki, or an immediate family member of any such person.

4 Account Registration & Maintenance

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 918ki Services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 918ki reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, 918ki will consolidate or close them at its discretion, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balances may be returned to the primary account following investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 918ki will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 918ki accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration — including false names, dates of birth, or address information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

918ki is required to conduct identity and address verification (collectively, "KYC") on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals, and may request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

5.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian government-issued identification document — MyKad (NRIC), valid passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three (3) months of submission.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of the User holding their identity document, clearly showing both their face and the document.
• Source of Funds: 918ki may request evidence of the source of deposited funds for larger accounts or in response to unusual transaction patterns.

5.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. Complex cases may require additional time. Users will be notified via in-platform message upon approval or if further information is required.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

918ki supports the following payment methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits in BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB. Accepted methods are subject to change; refer to the Cashier page for the current list.

6.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; please refer to the Cashier section. 918ki does not charge internal deposit processing fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name.

6.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Target processing times by method are: E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — 5–15 minutes; Bank Wire — 15–60 minutes. These are target times and may be subject to delay during scheduled maintenance, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 7).
• 918ki reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment provider costs.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 918ki are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered in total thirty (30) times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

918ki employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion between accounts, and any strategy that 918ki determines in its reasonable judgement is undertaken with the primary purpose of extracting bonus value rather than genuine gaming participation. Where abuse is detected, 918ki reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account concerned.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 918ki Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game or sport category. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

8.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid when it has been confirmed by the 918ki system and a bet reference number has been generated. Network interruptions or system errors that prevent confirmation mean the bet is not valid. 918ki is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's end.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or an obvious pricing or odds error, 918ki reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. Winnings arising from a manifest error — including typographically incorrect odds that are materially different from the true market price — are void and will not be paid out. 918ki will use reasonable endeavours to detect and correct such errors promptly.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are product-specific and are displayed within the relevant game or betting section. 918ki reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts for individual Users at its discretion without being required to give reasons.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 918ki Platform:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live dealer games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or convert illicitly obtained funds. 918ki is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through 918ki's customer support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and may be pursued legally.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Such conduct must be reported to 918ki immediately; failure to do so and profiting from such exploitation will result in void bets and account closure.
• Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 918ki Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and compiled game content — is the proprietary property of 918ki or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

The 918ki brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any 918ki trademark is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Services Provided "As Is"

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 918ki makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 918ki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress — even if 918ki has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 918ki's aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

918ki collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors (including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, and banking partners) for the purpose of processing transactions, and with regulatory authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

13 Responsible Gambling

918ki is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that empower players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders or hard cutoffs to limit continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per period, after which further play is restricted until the limit resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of time spent playing and net winnings or losses.

14 Termination & Suspension

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawals and after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and standard processing timelines.

14.2 Termination by 918ki

918ki reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Chargebacks or disputed payments initiated against 918ki;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies);
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transactional activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 918ki will notify you via registered email prior to applying any dormant account handling. A maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month may be applied to dormant account balances after this period, subject to applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

918ki reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Users via in-platform notification or registered email at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://918ki.cam/terms-conditions.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through 918ki's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in the English language.

To initiate a formal dispute, you must submit a written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted outside this window may not be considered. 918ki will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.
