About 918ki
We are Malaysia's home for premium online casino gaming and sports betting — built from the ground up for players who expect more: faster payouts, sharper odds, and a platform that genuinely understands the local market.
Our Story
918ki was born out of a simple frustration: Malaysian players deserved better. For years, local gaming enthusiasts had to navigate offshore platforms with clunky interfaces, slow bank transfers, indifferent customer service, and games that felt like they were built for someone else entirely. 918ki set out to change that.
Founded by a team of online gaming veterans and Malaysian technology entrepreneurs, 918ki launched with a clear mandate — build a platform that puts the Malaysian player first, every single time. From day one, that has meant native Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) support, seamless integration with local e-wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay, and banking partnerships covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. It has meant building customer support teams that speak English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin, available around the clock. And it has meant curating a game library that reflects what Malaysian players actually want — live baccarat, football betting on the Liga Super Malaysia and EPL, high-payout slots, and much more.
Where We Operate
918ki serves players across the length and breadth of Malaysia — from the bustling streets of Kuala Lumpur and the vibrant tech corridors of Petaling Jaya and Shah Alam, to the cultural richness of Penang and the southern energy of Johor Bahru. Our platform is fully mobile-optimised, meaning you get the full 918ki experience whether you are at home, at a mamak with the football on, or commuting on the LRT.
A Platform Built on Trust
Trust is not a marketing word at 918ki — it is an engineering requirement. Every layer of the platform is built with 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time fraud monitoring, and a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that ensures every spin, every hand, and every outcome is provably fair. We operate under internationally recognised online gaming licensing frameworks, and we publish our responsible gambling commitments prominently because we believe accountability matters.
Our games are sourced from multiple licensed international studios, each independently audited for fair-play compliance. We do not cut corners on certification — if a game or provider does not meet our standards, it does not go live on 918ki. That is a promise to every player who trusts us with their time and their money.
Committed to Responsible Gaming
918ki takes its responsibility to players seriously. We provide deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion tools, and links to professional support resources for anyone who feels gambling is becoming a problem. All of this is available at our Responsible Gambling page. Online gaming is entertainment — and we work hard to keep it that way. 918ki is strictly for players aged 21 and above.
Our Mission & Core Values
Six principles that shape every decision we make at 918ki
Malaysian First
Everything at 918ki is designed with the Malaysian player in mind — MYR currency, local payment methods, Malaysian timezone support, and content tuned to local sports and culture. We are not a generic international platform with a local skin; we are a genuinely local product.
Speed Without Compromise
Waiting for your winnings is unacceptable. Our e-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay process in under 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers typically clear in 5–15 minutes. We have engineered our payment pipeline to be fast because your money is yours.
Uncompromising Security
Player data and funds are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and real-time fraud detection. Our security infrastructure is reviewed regularly against international standards. Your safety is non-negotiable.
Provably Fair Gaming
Every game on 918ki — from live baccarat to video slots — uses a certified Random Number Generator independently audited for fairness. We publish our game integrity commitments openly because honest gaming is the only gaming we are interested in offering.
Responsible Gambling
918ki provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and full self-exclusion tools to every player. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy and actively promote responsible gaming messaging across the platform — because sustainability matters more than short-term revenue.
Multilingual Human Support
Our support team covers English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average live chat response is under 5 minutes. No bots pretending to be humans, no outsourced call centres that do not understand the local context. Real people, real help.
Our Journey
From a small team with a big idea to one of Malaysia's most trusted online gaming platforms — this is how 918ki grew.
Platform Launch
918ki goes live with a focused game library, MYR support, and a commitment to serving Malaysian players with the respect they deserve. Early adopters from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya become our first community.
Sports Betting Expansion
Live sports betting launches, covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and UFC. Mix Parlay functionality added in direct response to player demand from the Malaysian football betting community.
Full Mobile Optimisation
918ki completes a full mobile-first rebuild, delivering the complete casino and sportsbook experience on Android and iOS. Downloads surge across Penang, Johor Bahru, and Shah Alam.
Cryptocurrency Support
BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB deposits and withdrawals are enabled, with a 2% crypto bonus up to MYR 688 to reward players who use digital assets. 918ki becomes one of the first Malaysian-focused platforms to offer full crypto integration.
Continued Innovation
918ki continues to expand its game library, payment options, and support capabilities — always with the Malaysian player at the centre of every decision.
The Pillars Behind 918ki
Four core commitments that underpin everything we build, every partnership we form, and every feature we ship.
Player Protection
KYC verification, self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and session controls are built into the core platform — not added as an afterthought. Every 918ki player can manage their own limits directly from their account dashboard.
Payment Integrity
We partner only with verified Malaysian payment processors. Every withdrawal channel — from Touch 'n Go eWallet to DuitNow to bank wire — is audited regularly to ensure speed, accuracy, and full compliance with local financial regulations.
Game Fairness
918ki only integrates studios that meet our strict certification requirements. RNG audits, RTP disclosures, and fair-play certifications are mandatory for every title in our library — no exceptions.
Community & Trust
918ki invests in the local gaming community — through fair bonus structures, responsive support, transparent terms, and a long-term view on player relationships. We measure success in player trust, not just transaction volume.
Why Malaysian Players Choose 918ki
The platform that speaks your language, accepts your payment, and pays you fast
The Malaysian online gaming market is unique. Players here are sophisticated — they compare platforms, they know their odds, and they have zero patience for slow withdrawals or copy-paste customer service. 918ki was engineered precisely for this audience.
We support every major Malaysian e-wallet and bank natively. There is no currency conversion, no hidden fee at the point of withdrawal, and no third-party processor adding a day to your payout. When you win at 918ki, the money arrives where you want it, in MYR, at the speed we promise.
On the sports side, 918ki covers the football markets Malaysian fans care about most — from Sunday evening Liga Super Malaysia fixtures to midweek EPL classics and weekend UFC cards. Live in-play betting, Mix Parlay options, and competitive Asian Handicap lines are all standard. We also stream live football where licensing permits, so you can watch and bet in one place.
In the casino, our live dealer tables run 24 hours a day. Baccarat is our flagship — the game that 918ki takes its name from — and we offer multiple table variants from standard speed to VIP high-roller rooms. Alongside baccarat, you will find live roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and sic bo, all streamed in HD from professional dealer studios.
Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and 30+ sports with live in-play markets.
Baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger — streamed live 24/7.
High-RTP video slots, Megaways titles, jackpot games, and more.
BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB accepted with a 2% deposit bonus up to MYR 688.
